Voted Austin Music Award's "Best Hip Hop/ Rap 2020," the southern duo known as Blackillac has been buzzing in the south. Rappers ZEALE and Phranchyze came together in late 2018 under the guidance and production of multiple Grammy winner Gary Clark Jr.. They started their journey in Willy Nelson's historical Arlyn Studios writing and recording with Gary to establish the roots of Blackillac.
